Job Description
Anchor Solutions is a commercial relocation and installation company is looking to grow its commercial service offering and is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Commerical Services Manager. Job duties include coordinating relocations and installations with end users, scheduling movers and trucks with our operations team, inputting orders into our sales software, helping develop and implement new operating procedures/systems, and following up on punch list items to ensure client satisfaction. Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications, have excellent verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills and can quickly and accurately assess a situation and determine a resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in quoting process – securing rates, inputting data into quoting system
- Exceed client expectations by being proactive, as well as the ability to respond to inquiries and requests quickly and accurately
- Takes initiative for continuous operational improvement
- Work well under pressure and in a very fast paced, detail-oriented role
- Daily/Weekly reporting to Account Manager and V.P. of Operations on project status
- Schedule meetings and walkthroughs internally and with customers.
- Work with operations, sales, and customers to schedule projects.
- Attend meetings internally and/or with customers to gather, disperse, and input information.
- Collaborates with sales, operations, and project managers to resolve job-related issues.
- Update orders to ensure they are current and accurate.

- Strong background in customer service and sales support
- Familiarity with installation schedules, floor plans, and corporate relocation coordination
- Superior analytical skills
- Detail oriented, precise, ability to prioritize quickly
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- 5 Years experience in the furniture and/or moving industry required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
