Description
Insures a clean sanitary environment for all program participants and staff. Carries out the day to day cleaning, minor repairs as assigned, and major unit cleaning on a continuous rotating basis. Works independently or with a work group as established to accomplish assigned tasks. Works to the high standards of professionalism expected from all department employees.
QUALITY OF LIFE EXPECTATION FOR ALL STAFF:
To actively further the agency's mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by monitoring and implementing systems that promote the QofL of the individuals in our care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and in a professional, workmanlike manner.
- Performs minor maintenance work as assigned.
- Represents the department in a positive manner at all times.
- Participation in seasonal on-call snow & ice removal.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- sufficient experience to effectively perform the functions of the position.
