Anderson Properties, a professional commercial property investment and management company in Urbandale is looking to hire a Part Time Accounting Administrator.
Job Duties:
- Process invoices to ensure prompt and accurate payment of expenses.
- Ensure expenses are coded correctly and recorded to the appropriate accounts.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoices received and payments processed.
- Organize and file.
- Assist Accounting Department with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Accounting/Admin experience preferred.
- Software skills required, knowledge of Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Great attitude with natural people skills.
- 2 year Associates Degree preferred.
