The Technology and Product Solutions team holds the primary role of developing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and platforms that support the ability to develop and deliver our current suite of data and marketing technology products, and quickly develop and implement new product and delivery solutions requested by our clients. The role of Technology Project Manager functions as a point of contact for all functional areas of the organization to:
- Work with the CTO to develop and execute the enterprise technology plan.
- Maage a growing number of external technology partners and platforms
- Operational management of the AWS Data Storage and Data Processing environment
- Operational management of in-house data center supporting marketing technology applications
- Leveraging marketing technology to develop, implement, and support data focused products and services
- Utilize various software platforms as well as online data marketing platforms to support revenue opportunities. Current software platforms include Bettr Data, Qlik, Trak Data, with Snowflake, Monda, and DataBricks being utilized for data marketing.
- Support data analysis projects to determine quality and value of new data sources and work with internal analytics team and various external resources to develop recommendations and deliver supporting reporting.
- Manage cloud and premise-based technology infrastructure, such as AWS and Email Deployment servers.
- Support for Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization.
- Provide file and data management support to the Operations team.
- Develop workflows and processes for ad-hoc data management and manipulation needs.
- Assist in the creation of long-term strategies to improve efficiency.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and client integrations such as API's to support client and company strategic initiatives.
- Utilize existing technology platforms and partnerships to develop and maintain integrations with data partners and clients to deliver innovative products, interfaces/portals, and integrations.
- Analyze, test, and implement licensed software, platforms and services provided by external partners.
- Build proficiency with software languages (Python, SQL, JSON, Java, SCALA) as needed.
- Develop new and innovative data and technology driven products that support our company mission and goals.
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Information Systems, Direct or Indirect Marketing, or Marketing/Advertising Technology is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising technology environment is preferred, with an understanding of cloud, on-premise ad technology partner management and administration.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as MS-Power BI, Qlik, Tableu, Aleryx, Adobe, etc.
- Experience with software code development (Python, SQL, JASON, SCALA, C , etc.) is a plus.
- Network Administration in a Linux (Ubuntu) and/or Microsoft Server environment is a plus
- Formal training and/or certification in Cloud Technology such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud along with Database Administration experience is also preferred.
- Demonstrated work history in advertising/marketing technology, marketing technology and delivery systems, marketing product management, or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the marketing industry, with a focus on marketing (non-regulated) data, marketing and advertising technology, data quality processes, product, and sales support.
- Product Development and Management experience.
- Data Compliance, Privacy, and Data Governance experience is a plus
- Data Quality and Data Processing/Management using BI and data management platforms in a cloud-based environment is a strong plus.
