Certification Details BLS NH RN ACLS Job Details The professional nurse providing care to ICU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care. MUST be willing to float to ED / MS during low census as 'helping hands.' Patient Ratio : 1 to up to 3. Average census is 2-4. Bed Size : 5 staffed by 2 RN's. ICU RN's responsible for tele monitoring of patients on the Med Surg Floor. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years CURRENT experience - Required High proficiency required in Ventilator Care, Cardiac Monitoring, IV Management of Pressors, Anti-Arrhythmic Agents and Sedation Able to handle up to 3 ICU patients Previous travel experience - Preferred BSN Preferred PALS preferred License / Certifications (as required by posting : NH RN, BLS, ACLS) Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
