OVERVIEW:
All Outside Sales team members are responsible for inspiring memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs. The Outside Sales team member is responsible for making community connections that generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, schedule, and meet with leads
- Identify and establish contact with potential guests
- Schedule and conduct tours of the location, highlighting areas of interest
- Educate potential guests on products and services
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential guests
- Maintain strong relationships with previous guests to secure future events proactively
- Generate and submit sales reports to the management team
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and also work independently outside of office structure
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives
