Foreman - Landscaping/Lawn Care (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our landscaping and lawn care crews. If you have a strong background in this field and are ready to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct a crew of landscaping and lawn care workers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Oversee daily operations on-site, including task assignments, quality control, and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate effectively with both team members and clients, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, following all company protocols and procedures.
• Conduct on-site training and development of crew members to improve their skills and performance.
• Report daily progress and any issues to the Operations Manager.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are used correctly and safely.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping or lawn care.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a foreman or crew leader.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
