We are looking for a motivated individual to add to our team. We are a busy 4 doctor veterinary practice that is planning to grow to a 5 doctor practice in the coming year. While we are in search of an individual that has previous animal care experience, we are also open to training someone who will be a great fit for our team. We will be happy to answer any questions, show you around our clinic, and let you meet our team. Working/ Shadowing interviews preferred after a screening interview.
We strongly believe in finding the best fit, not the fastest fit. This job will remain open for candidates to apply for at least two weeks. While we will screen as quickly as possible and start the interview process within the coming week, we may not make an offer until we've had an opportunity to screen all potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and attention to animals under supervision.
- Assist with animal handling, restraint, and basic medical procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the veterinary facility.
- Support veterinary staff in various tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards animals in all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
