EXPERIENCED LEGAL ASSISTANT FOR BUSY BOUTIQUE SOLO LAW PRACTICE IN LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, CONCENTRATING IN MARITAL & FAMILY LAW, GUARDIANSHIP & PROBATE ADMINISTRATION.

Answering phone, setting appointments, filing, setting hearings, preparing discovery and pleadings.

Must be a self starter, able to work independently, familiar with court procedures, setting hearings on JACS, or with judicial assistant, filing on e-portal;

and possess exemplary office skills, proficient in Microsoft, Word, Outlook;

familiar with HOT DOCS, Time Slips, West Forms and DROP BOX.

Prior experience preparing attorney for trial, including preparing trial notebook, exhibit list, and witness list.

Starting salary $45,000.00 or more commensurate with experience and qualifications. Retirement benefits when you qualify, and NO health insurance.

MUST BE FLORIDA NOTARY OR ABLE TO QUALIFY TO BECOME A FLORIDA NOTARY.
