Anne Fontaine USA is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the store to ensure profitability, brand recognition, team development/communication and superior customer service.

This amazing opportunity offers great insight to the inner workings of an iconic luxurious fashion brand. Qualified candidates will possess a strong combination of all or most of the following skills:

Essential Functions:

• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
• Client development and retention
• Knowledgeable of the brand/lifestyle
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Strong suggestive selling skills/ wardrobing
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals and KPI goals
• Inspire the customer to buy, celebrating their purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of you, Anne Fontaine, and the purchase
• Ensure monitoring and execution of daily staff payroll goals, individual targets, product knowledge and promotional events.
• Coaching the staff to achieve optimal results, while ensuring personal goals are met.
• Practice and teach client development to the staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
• Owns personal development; actively listens and accepts feedback, direction and guidance
• Learning / teach Anne Fontaine systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete support duties
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control/compliance procedures
• Staff recruitment and new-hire training Create and promote strong business relationships with vendors, mall management and local businesses
• Participate in corporate initiated store events or execute specific promotions based on the needs of the stores market or clientele

Qualifications:

• Experience in Luxury retail sales management preferred
• Passion for fashion and knowledgeable on current trends and styles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative, independent of direct supervision.
• This position involves constant movement and standing for consecutive hours.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs.), carry, push, pull, crouch, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and climb ladders.
• Must have an open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
