About the RoleRole Overview

Tech Stack : Typescript, Next, Rust, Kuberenetes, AWS

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR EXCEPTIONAL ENGINEERS

Building 0-1. You'll work directly with engineering & product leadership to define engineering projects, make technical decisions, and ship.

Impact across the entire stack. You'll have your hands in every part of our technology, from crafting frontend experiences to designing scalable backends.

Collaborate across disciplines. You will collaborate with engineering, product, research, and design leaders to build high quality products.

Overall you will OWN CRITICAL TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS

Build core products. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining key features of our platform, ensuring they meet high standards for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Full-stack engineering. Developing and scaling Anon's suite of products. In parallel you will be monitoring, debugging, and fixing issues in deployed applications.

Engineering velocity. Improving the speed and quality of our codebase. Also helping level up our engineering processes so that we can build with more leverage & efficiency.

Things we are looking for SUPERPOWERS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Strong programming expertise with ability to work full stack. You're comfortable working across the entire stack.

Track record of shipping products in similar roles. You have examples of products or features you've built from concept to launch.

Self-motivated problem-solver. You don't wait for direction – you identify issues and opportunities, then take initiative to address them.

Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Passionate for shipping high quality products. You have high standards for code quality, user experience, and overall product polish.
