Position Summary – We are currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will be the first line of contact for many of our customers. It is essential to our company that you demonstrate a “we care attitude” and, are always willing and able to help our customers. This means that you will be working with other senior team members and managers through multiple channels to provide the best experience possible to our customers.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Account Specialist, you will spend a significant amount of time on the phone assisting customers with a variety of their needs. We need someone who is dedicated to helping our customers determine the root issue they are facing. This position is very fast paced and will require you to be alert and responsive consistently. We need team members that are reliable and willing to exceed and grow in their roles within the company.
