Hairstylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is proficient in a wide range of hair services, including Highlights, Balayage, Cutting, Blowouts, and Styling. This individual should bring a positive and fun energy to the salon environment while maintaining a professional and drama-free atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Hair Services Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency as a hair design pro, including but not limited to Highlights, Balayage, Cutting, Blowouts, and Styling. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the industry.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized consultations. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and execution of desired styles.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Take initiative in managing your daily schedule and workflow within the salon. Be proactive in attracting and retaining new walk-ins and call-in clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with coworkers to create a positive and supportive work environment. Share knowledge and techniques with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Punctuality: Demonstrate consistent punctuality in all aspects of your role, including client appointments, team meetings, and other salon-related activities.
• Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain a neat and tidy workspace. Adhere to salon policies and standards, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and team members.

Qualifications:
