Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must be available to work overtime if requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Review/verify equipment maintenance/repair invoices and enter the invoices into the computer system.

· Support the operations of the Truck Scale/Shack as necessary. Including, walking in and out of air-conditioned shack and visually check trucks’ information, receive paperwork from drivers, verify that the paperwork is correct and return to the shack to enter the information into the computer system.

· Performs a variety of administrative tasks including processing changes in equipment status and maintaining records associated with ensuring an accurate inventory.

· Keeps documents and all files and organized to ensure that all internal audits are passed.

· Any other duties assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: One (1) year of inventory/office experience
• Fluent verbal/writing: English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking
