Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Provide information about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential leads and customers to schedule appointments, confirm test drives, and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Maintain an organized database, track leads, and update customer information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is a plus, but not required!
- Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a bonus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
