Job Details:
-Oversee the production of scallion pancakes
-Oversee dessert program for the restaurant
-Create new pastries to offer in the cafe
-Ensures compliance with prescribed standards in the areas of guest relations, labor costs, restaurant safety and sanitation.
-Ensures all company operational procedures for the dining room, service area and kitchen are adhered to.
-Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
-Assisting Chef in daily operations
-Holding team members accountable
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience in baking and pastries.
-A passion for food and restaurant operations and a desire to make an impact on customers and team members.
-Has a can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects.
-Ability to lead and motivate a team.
-Prior management experience. We welcome a new starters -Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time.
