Looking for an AM fFront of houseSupervisor to lead the team in ensuring a high level of hospitality and service provided to guests at all times.
Duties would include:
-Ensures compliance with prescribed standards in the areas of guest relations, labor costs, restaurant safety and sanitation.
-Ensures all company operational procedures for the dining room, service area and kitchen are adhered to.
-Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
-Assisting Management team in daily operations
-Holding team members accountable
QUALIFICATIONS:
-A passion for food and restaurant operations and a desire to make an impact on customers and team members.
-Has a can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects.
-Ability to lead and motivate a team.
-Prior management experience. We welcome a new starters -Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time.

-Personal characteristics: high-energy, self-motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, flexible, fun-loving personality, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.
