Immediate Opening - Fulltime Resident Manager
Condominium Association in Honokowai with sixty-seven units seeking ideal candidate for the association's Resident Manager position.
Candidate must be proactive and have hands on knowledge of general building maintenance, pool and landscaping.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism when dealing with difficult situations and the enforcement of House Rules, Governing Documents, State and Federal Laws as they pertain to the association. Excellent ability to manage and work with vendors, contractors and closely with board of directors and owners. Organized and computer literate preferred.
Salary based on experience.
