Our client, a reputable privately owned trust company specializing in MENA, European and UK clients, is looking to hire a client services director to join their team in Geneva office.
To be eligible for this role, you must be STEP qualified and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with proven experience managing a team or junior staff. A strong technical knowledge of trust services is essential, as well as the ability to handle complex and difficult client cases. You will also need to have a personal book of business.
English proficiency written and spoken is essential,other European languages are desirable, although not essential.
A competitive salary package is being offered, with the flexibility to consider part-time or ideally full-time, on a long term contract or permanent basis - our client is flexible. This position is open to candidates who are ideally already based in Switzerland, however our client will consider applicants with an EU passport looking to relocate to Switzerland.
