We're seeking a full-time Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making and optimize financial performance. Additionally, the role will be heavily involved in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and process efficiency.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive financial support to Business and Functional Management. This includes conducting analysis, building financial models, and preparing detailed reports on business activities and expenses, as well as managing headcount planning.
  • Maintain, standardize, and enhance financial forecasting, budgeting and operational models
  • Prepare comprehensive and robust annual operating budgets for company
  • Perform analysis of acquisition metrics and P&L drivers; identify areas of financial risk and opportunity
  • Develop and maintain compensation modeling to evaluate and forecast the financial impact of compensation strategies
  • Ensure timely and accurate analysis of actual results vs. budgets, forecasts and financial trends
  • Consolidate data and prepare insightful presentation materials for senior management
  • Proactively identify, design and implement enhancements to existing planning processes and systems
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling and special projects

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of FP&A and strategic planning experience required
  • Revenue/opex/capex forecasting experience
  • Headcount planning and compensation modeling
  • Advanced coordinating and business partnering skills
  • Experience leading projects including reporting system transformation and process improvements

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query)
  • Experience with Pivot Tables, V-lookup, nested formulas, and financial functions within Excel
  • Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel charting tools, etc.)

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated strategic acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex projects from inception to execution
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive and high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to “zoom-in and zoom-out”; experience compiling data from different stakeholders and ability to present in an “easy to understand” manner

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 bonus potential

Please note, the pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, department budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
