What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant position at Apartment Community?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year of leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing laws in Arizona. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will play a crucial role in presenting our community and providing exceptional customer service. You will help guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and contribute to a positive living environment for current and future residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage prospective residents, offering tours and highlighting community features
- Manage leasing applications, renewals, and ensure all paperwork is in compliance with Fair Housing laws
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the property’s current availability, pricing, and lease terms
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information to prospects
- Assist in marketing efforts and community events to promote the property
- Foster positive relationships with current residents, addressing concerns and providing high-quality customer service
- Accurately input and manage leasing data through property management software
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as an Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Trained in Arizona Fair Housing laws
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
- Proficient in property management software and basic computer skills (Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite ect.)
