VICE PRESIENT OF AESTHETICS

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for aesthetics services across the organization.
• Lead and oversee the aesthetics department, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align aesthetics goals with overall business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new trends, technologies, and products in the aesthetics industry to enhance service offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Manage budgeting and financial performance for the aesthetics division, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of aesthetics professionals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest ethical practices.
• Spearhead marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clientele.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and client experience.
• Report on departmental performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a senior executive role.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic products, services, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
