- Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months.

- Must be able to work 2- 3 days per week for at least 10 hours
- Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
- Sessions are primarily weekday afternoons for 3-4 hours between 3-8 : 00PM
- Must have Reliable transportation
- High School diploma or equivalent is required

Overview of Behavior Technician role :
Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Technician provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and teens diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Most ABA Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and are held 3-5 times per week. Sessions primarily take place during after school hours and can be held in the client's home, Community, and / or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school / other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
