Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Medical Clerk. As a Data Entry Medical Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into multiple systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Duties:
- Enter medical data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
-Must be able to work fast and accurate in entering patient demographics
- Must be familar verifying insurance in Avality, and Novitasphere
- Must have knowledge of different types of insurances
- Use Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Must have some experience in working in a medical office/clinic.
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
