Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist located at US Coast Guard (USCG) Base Alameda, CA in support of LOGCOM-44 Mission Essential Personnel Equipment (MEPE) Product Line (PL).

What you will be doing:
- Verify materials against receiving documents
- Note and report discrepancies and damage
- Route materials to prescribed storage locations
- Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials IAW-prescribed storage methods
- Conduct inventories
- Replenish pick areas as needed
- Examine stored materials for deterioration and damage
- Process requests and supply orders
- Update inventory management system
- Operating various warehouse vehicles and equipment including but not limited to forklifts and hand tools
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Manage reports, forms, and inventory electronically
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and maintain an active Secret clearanceCertifications: Forklift 5KEducation: High School diplomaYears of Experience: 4 years of warehouse experienceAdditional Experience: US Coast Guard (USCG) or Department of Defense (DoD) logistics experience
