Service Manager
We have an immediate opening for a Service Manager to lead an HVAC and plumbing service in our Reno Nevada Facility Services Division. This position is for experienced Service Managers and or those individuals who are looking for a growth opportunity in the commercial & industrial HVAC industry. As the Service Manager, you must routinely collaborate closely with Field Technicians, Dispatchers, Sales Team members, and others to ensure customer loyalty while achieving departmental objectives and goals. Managers often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs. The Service Manager must serve as a representative of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- P&L statement review
- Vendor invoice review and approval
- Estimating and sales of larger projects
- Technical support and sales assistance to office staff
- Review technician’s work to ensure quality meets established standards
- Organize training and ongoing support for all team members
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
- Fleet management and forecasting for the service division
- Hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations
