Package Delivery Driver

WEEKLY PAY - EVERY FRIDAY

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Transportation Package Specialist to join our dynamic team. This critical role requires an individual with deep expertise in the specialized field of escorting and transporting personnel, as well as a comprehensive understanding of complex transport planning logistics.

Duties

• Optimizing customer satisfaction by transporting and delivering goods, merchandise, and/or other items in a safe and timely manner
• Driving: Safely operating a (personal) compact vehicle in various weather conditions and following traffic laws
• Loading and unloading: Carrying packages that can weigh Less than 50 pounds to and from the vehicle
• Routing: Using a handheld device to navigate routes and get delivery information
• Customer service: Providing strong customer service and building positive relationships with customers
• Packaging: Ensuring packages are properly secured and marked with the correct address and tracking information
• Storage: Safely storing packages until they are delivered or the driver is off
• Handling packages with care and navigating through various routes to deliver items to customers' doorsteps
• Using technologies like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders

Qualifications

• 21 and older
• High School Diploma
• Clean driving history
• Available for on-call work as needed
• Ability to bend and lift 35-45 pounds
• Ability to walk upstairs if needed.
• Have a mid-sized or larger vehicle and insurance
• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
