Typical Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Provide the following types of information to the customer; order status, inventory status, documentation, and very specific part numbers which we guarantee it to be an accurate/correct fitment
- Perform research to provide customers with accurate information
Qualifications:
- Prior E-commerce experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Excellent phone/email communications skills
- Effective time management skills
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Zendesk is beneficial, but not required
- 40/60 WPM typing speed
- Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions including different numbers and specifications
- Must be able to reliably meet work schedule requirements. Excessive absence will not be tolerated
- Be a collaborative team player who can work well and interact with others to perform tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs is a bonus
- Must have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, and be able to learn quickly and retain information
- Must be able to be courteous in a stressful situation with high call, ticket, and chat volume.
- Second language is a PLUS (Spanish), not a requirement
Physical Requirements:
- Customer service agents generally are in cubicles most of the day. Long periods of time stationary.
- Customer service agents may be required to transit steps leading to the warehouse to locate items or communicate with team members.
- Customer service agents may be required to lift items up to 40 lbs.
