What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Director of Inpatient Nursing position at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System?
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business Administration
- Five years or more years of progressive leadership experience within a health system or hospital setting required. Demonstrated experience leading an IP nursing service including but not limited to: fiscal management, human capital management, strategic planning and development of service lines, overall operational management of multiple clinical areas, and regulatory compliance is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required at the time of hire
