Annual Compensation: $ 40,000 - $44,000

Employment Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities

· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by phone and in person to maximize their desired benefit packages

· Data entry and organization of client information

· Conduct daily interactions with new and existing clients to process information provided in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding our specific products and services

· Process applications and submit client requests

· Analyze the individual needs of each client and suggest product plans to best service them

· Communicate and coordinate with other departments and representatives when necessary

Qualifications

· Must be coachable with willingness to follow and perform using proven company processes

· Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Must submit to and pass background screening prior to employment

· Must be 18 years of age or more to apply
