What are the responsibilities and job description for the Processor position at Appalachian Underwriters, Inc.?

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Process Notice of Cancellation and Reinstatements.

· Mail Notice of Cancellations, per the State requirements to the appropriate parties.

· Review customer’s Account Receivable for payments and payment application.

· Work directly with Finance Companies for cancellations, reinstatements, and refunds.

· Process final cancellations and supply unearned premium figures.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and complaints.

· Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and details of actions taken.

· Follow up on customer interactions.

Knowledge/Skills required:

· Data entry

· 45 WPM

· High attention to detail as this role needs to be as error free as possible.

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED

Compensation:

· $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
