Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth based on the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of multi-year contract services and a proven track record in managing and developing sales strategies.
Compensation:
- Base Salary starting at $75,000
- Bonuses and Sales Commissions
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Manage the new account sales team, assigning sales territories, providing guidance, training and support to enhance performance.
- Researches and evaluates data collected from market surveys, sales representative’s self-management reports and other market analysis systems to aid in managing sales objectives.
- Oversees and monitors sales database software program.
- Implements and oversees marketing and advertising.
- Establishes and monitors sales goals for service team.
- Provides sales training for both sales and service teams.
- Sales Representative for new sales development in assigned territory.
