Location: Louisville, KY Onsite Day 1
Job Description
Shifts: 1 ST SHIFT 7:00 AM TO 3:00 PM
2 ND SHIFT 3:00 PM TO 11:00 PM
Days: Wednesday to Sunday (5 working days) Monday & Tuesday OFF
These team members should be able to handle cabling (Installing, tracing etc.), mounting/unmounting of network/Storage/Compute devices, providing remote connectivity for the offshore team to resolve the issue across datacenters/MDF rooms etc

- Engineer with knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wireless/Cabling/Tracing, Carrier installs, configure, troubleshoot Network devices (L1/L1.5 level), Storage/Compute basics.
- Doing basic configuration to provide remote access to team in India.
- Fiber testing, Port identification and Fiber tracing.
- Providing hands and feet support for Network/Compute/Storage Devices in client locations.
- Inventory management of the devices instore and in Datacenter / MDF rooms.
- Excellent communication skills in-order to manage customer communications effectively.
- Willing to work in nights / Weekends only during changes.
- Supporting as on-call for Night/weekends incase of Major incidents apart from regular shifts.
- OEM Vendor escort and accompaniment in data centers /MDF's for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Help physical reboot of the server, storage and network devices as needed as a part of troubleshooting during critical issues as guided by technical teams
- Move hardware/parts from holding areas to data centers and handover to OEM vendor for installation/replacement and move decommissioned devices to Ewaste cage.
