Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year ABA experience required.
Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Experience in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred).
