Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
- Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
