Senior Contract Manager

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time motivated Senior Contracts Manager with experience in Government and Commercial contracting located in our Beavercreek, OH office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Issue and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract/Consulting Agreements, Reseller Agreements.
• Actively participate in contract negotiations.
• Support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract administration.
• Provide timely contractual advice and guidance to Program Managers.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve complex contractual issues.
• Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls.
• Work closely with Program Control regarding financials.
• Maintain electronic files.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Be able to pass a government background security investigation.
• 10 years of experience in Government contracting or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members, manage in high-stress situations, and prioritize workload.
• Experience working with Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time-and-Material type contracts.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS and have experience applying the FAR and its Agency Supplements to contracts and subcontracts.
