- Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
- Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.
- Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.
- Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.
- Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks. Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 years of experience
- Experience with Figma required
- Experience conducted User Research and analyzing the data
- Communication and analytical skills very critical
