What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction clerical assistant position at Aptitude Internet Solutions?
“At Aptitude, we believe nobody should be limited by their zip code. Whether it be for telehealth, e-learning, or work from home opportunities, we aim to provide reliable, affordable connectivity to rural Missouri.”
Levi Hennrich
Chief Operations Officer/Co-Founder
We believe this type of approach must begin at the top, and trickle down through our employees to our end users. Our family-first work environment may be seen on any given day at our office and it’s not uncommon for our owners and employees' children to be visiting us on a day off from school.
We thrive on empowering our employees to learn and grow during their time with us, which is why we begin by offering employer paid certification training for the duration of employment.
Vision and dental insurance, and 100% employer paid health insurance, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program are other ways we show our employees they are family. We encourage our employees to get involved with the communities in which we do business, and we continually host various community events including roadside trash pickup, BBQs in the local parks, a Halloween Haunted House, and much more.
