Responsibilities

  • Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize and maintain office documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Support office management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office processes.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for effective communication with clients.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • A background in personal assistant roles or front desk management will be considered an advantage.
