Job Title: Home Health Aide

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those in need of long-term care within their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their well-being and comfort.

Duties:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and ensure that clients' needs are met effectively.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities or in long-term care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures.
- Experience working in nursing homes or similar healthcare settings is a plus.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude towards providing patient care and senior care.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or PCA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
