What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Float position at AR Building Co?
We are seeking a full time, EXPERIENCED, Maintenance Tech to join our team for two brand new, luxury properties in the Norton and Newport areas. Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry. HVAC and CPO a plus!
Interested individuals must have reliable truck, own hand tools, valid driver's license and availability for on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00 am-5:00 pm and Fri. 8:00 am-4:00 pm plus on call.
Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!
Must be able to pass background check
