Arapahoe Animal Hospital in beautiful Boulder, Colorado is looking for a Client Service Representative. Hybrid/remote position may be available after 8 months to 1 year of on site work and training.
We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency, exceptional telephone skills and someone who absolutely loves animals and providing clients with top notch service! We are an AAHA accredited, well-established, small animal/exotic, 5 doctor, full-service hospital with two locations. Responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, checking in and out clients, answering emails and texts, processing payments, and maintaining the reception area of the hospital.
