What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager - Women's Services position at Arbor Circle Corporation?
Provide quality women-focused case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Services are focused pregnant and/or parenting persons. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Working alongside the community and community partners to support engagement and developing referrals. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position /organization. Services are provided via in the community and office based/in-person.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work
- Experience in the SUD field
- Prior proven Case Manager experience
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
