Our vision is to help others understand and use trees as a solution to global issues such as air and water quality, climate change, deforestation, and poverty.
We need an Attractions & Retail Supervisor to ensure seamless daily operations while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and team members.
You Have:
- Experience. At least 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Leadership Skills. Ability to lead, coach, and provide feedback to a team of non-supervisory team members.
- Organizational Talent. Strong ability to manage inventory, events, and retail operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Flexibility. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational demands.
You Will:
- Supervise daily operations. Oversee gift shops, concessions, and attractions to maintain high service and safety standards.
- Lead your team. Directly supervise and provide coaching to team members, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.
- Engage with guests. Help create memorable experiences for visitors by ensuring excellent customer service and smooth event operations.
- Collaborate with leadership. Develop and implement action plans to improve guest services and team engagement.
- Maintain safety and compliance. Ensure a safe working environment and meet regulatory standards across all attractions and retail outlets.
