As a CMA, you will play a vital role in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with daily activities. Responsibilities Assist residents with medication administration Provide daily care for residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond accordingly Document completed tasks, such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements Communicate confidentially with other staff members regarding urgent needs and concerns Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
