Description

Arbors Management has an opening for a full-time Custodian / Groundskeeper position at a scattered-site property located in Franklin, PA. The Custodian / Groundskeeper will ensure that the property remains clean and comfortable for the residents by cleaning floors, public use areas, restrooms, windows and outdoor areas. This position will report to the Property Manager and may assist in other projects as needed.

As the Custodian / Groundskeeper, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Vacuuming / Mopping / Buffing floors in public spaces throughout the building
• Cleaning the inside and outside of windows within reach from the ground level
• Dusting and organizing public spaces
• Ensuring the grounds are free of debris and that garbage cans in public spaces are changed
• Handling snow removal, grass cutting and light landscaping
• Assisting with apartment turnovers and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with cleaning public spaces 
• A Can-Do attitude and willing to learn
• Be punctual and on-time
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
• Must have reliable personal transportation
