Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ArborWorks’ growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, performing market research, and executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts. This individual will oversee aspects of prospecting, account strategy, and outreach efforts to strengthen ArborWorks’ market presence and expand its portfolio of utility and vegetation management clients.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in utility vegetation management and related markets.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and attendance at industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support growth targets.
- Develop tailored presentations and proposals that highlight ArborWorks’ value proposition and expertise.
- Attend industry events and represents ArborWorks to the industry in a professional capacity.
