Assistant Dietary Manager

Job Summary :

Essential Duties :

• Partnering with the Dietician to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patients care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ensure staffing- filling in on the floor if there is a call in, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained and all documentation filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
• Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
• Must have, as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
• At least 1 year of experience as a dietary supervisior preferred.
