Director of Formation
St. Aidan seeks a servant leader who works closely with the Pastor to develop and nourish ministries and formation in this Livonia Parish.
The position is part-time and has the potential to grow. The hours are flexible, and the position includes a weekend presence.
Duties include:
- Director of Faith Formation
- Coordinator for OCIA
- Sacramental preparation
- Facilitator of Family Faith Formation monthly sessions
Qualifications
An ideal candidate would have or have earned credits toward a master’s in theology, have excellent communication and technical skills, and have a rich spiritual life.
