Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. This position offers flexibility, with options for part-time or full-time hours, and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with the Pastor, school principal and maintenance supervisor to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure operational needs are met.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
